Take a 49cc scooter out onto roads where the limit is 45 mph--which is what most of the through streets in my area are--and you will know (in the biblical sense) what I am talking about.The limit is 45 but nobody is satisfied until they are doing about 10 miles above that.. Actually, in most of spain. The youngsters tune theire 49cc's heavily. It sounds insane when then drive by with wot.
They can almost keep up with my 125cc pcx.

I've road many times on the South East position behind a 50cc to keep cagers from running them off the road.
