There is a nut you tighten behind the glass(mirror)...
Not sure on how to remove the glass without cracking it...
Not possible? heat? suction cup? ...?
Just buy a new mirror.

You might be able to set the mirror where you want it and then put a smear of clear caulking on the ball and let it dry.

I'm not sure, looking at the pic, just where the problem is. There are several hex nuts that can be tightened-I am not near the scooter right now so can't get a fix on what your problem is. The only adjustable features of the mirror system that I can think of are those two hex nuts.

flyz, the area we're looking at is the ball & socket joint. Timmy pulled the rubber boot back onto the mirrors stem so we could see the problem. Is there an adjustment to that? Hmm, how? Might just be easier to buy 1 new mirror.
I can't look at mine either because they're off the bike & replaced with magazzi mirrors.

Timmy0096 ... where are you. I have to check, but I think I have my stock mirrors in the storage room. If so, you are welcome to them, but it depends where you live. If it is the US, I can bring them on my next trip back (in two weeks) and will mail them to you.
