How to PM or contact a Forum Administrator

Sorry about posting this here, but I don't see a specific category for it.

I don't see any way to PM a forum member or contact a forum administrator or moderator.

Is this because I am a new member and don't yet have access to those functions or I just don't know how?

Because I am using Tapatalk on my iPad, I can't see how many posts you have made. You need to post 15 comments (or is it 12?) before you can send pm's.

Is there something you can ask here that one of us mods can try to answer?
