It only took about a week-&-1/2, & my Shad SH39 arrived! I bought it from this eBay seller based in northern France, & including shipping I paid $127. Then, thanks to gn2 I was able to get the Shad Mount from Amazon UK for $61 including shipping. (The rack mount is still about a week from being delivered.)
I discovered that if you're looking for a Shad SH39 and a backrest, you'll save some money by ordering the Yamaha version because it already includes the backrest in the cost.
The Shad box arrived pretty beat up, but unpacking it relieved all fears.

Thanks homie! My PCX is Poseidon Black (black w/blue metallic topcoat), so the carbon panel won't look too bad. My big concern was whether or not it came with all of the factory mounting hardware, since the eBay seller didn't list any items other than just the top box. But it came with everything! Yay!
I still think the SH33 would "fit" the PCX a bit better for size, but at least I'll be set for storage with this one!
I'll look into the optional brake light once I get the everything mounted up. And I'll see if I can figure out how to mount my bicycle panniers to the Shad plate, too.
(When I rode my C70 Super Cub with panniers mounted to the sides of the top box, it dropped the mpg down from 120 to 100!)

I got the rack & instructions, but it's missing the bag of hardware to attach it to the scoot!
I'll have to see if any of the local hardware stores carry these M8x55 button head screws.
I have got the same. Did you find the inner bag somewhere online (ebay and so on)? I really need one to carry it around When i go to hotel I taske it out whole and carry the heavy crap up my room
Nice job! I own the same exact top case. I like the SH39. I didn't order the Carbon top (but I got it anyway) which I like. I purchased this when I bought the PCX new last year. The dealer ordered the incorrect backrest (still fits fine) I wanted to return it, but they gave it too me for free.

I don't have an inner bag, but I like the idea! I do have a couple of fabric grocery bags that take up almost no space. I can leave them in there all the time.
Alock, yes, your pictures helped me decide between Shad & Givi. Thanks for posting them! $75 is an amazing price!! I'm still trying to get some M8x55 button head bolts for the mounting rack without resorting to buying a pack of 25! Amazon UK said they couldn't help me with replacing the bolts, but they were very kind in providing a partial refund so that I could buy them myself.
