how to remove a striped oil drain bolt?and oil filter bolt?

I think the previes owner used wrong socket sizes on the bolts so how do I remove them?

You have all sorts of problems with that little scooter. Take it to the dealer and have them replace them with new ones.

Buy an oil extractor and leave them?

Exactly, extract it.....you can get an oil syringe and tubing from amazon for less than $20, easy.

But if just the heads of the bolts are rounded off, a set of proper sized vice grips should be able to grab them once good, then replace them.

I'm still happy with it. it runs like a top now and after taxes and tag I still only have 1200 in it. only thing I hate is no windscreen

I would go ahead and try the vice grips-if you have a replacement on hand
