@ gn2
I bought a modified Vario and changed it.... It's the same result. On the mainstand it runs 130 km/h and on the road 100.

Something is wrong because I tested it in any weather conditions and it is always the same max speed.

@ cessna151.
"My" mechanic also filled another oil in it. Elf 5w40 1 litre instead of 0,9l , but then he pumped the 0,1 litre out , because I wanted it.
500 km before the inspection I also changed oil and everything was fine. Castrol 10 W 40.
I did the inspection only for the warranty reasons.... If I . would know that this will happen.... Pfff
I also thought the speed lost is because of the wrong oil ( funny I know) , but another dealer also said : , yeah it's not the right one but its OK.
He also said that there was never a problem with the top speed of the pcx.

So cessna what you gonna do now?

Best regards

Yeah right.
You would do the same thing.....ha?
Buy I new scooter or car and if something is wrong with it ,
Do nothing and just ride it .....
Good advice guys .
I just have 1 1/2 year warranty left...btw it's in the shop and if I get it back and everything is fine I'll post it.
Maybe I can give Cessna a good advice for her / his 150 Pcx that has the same issue after the first inspection.

I decided to call the dealer to see if they would admit to doing anything to the bike but no luck. They swear all they did was change the oil. I have no idea what to do now. I wonder if the ECU was messed with?

Try disconnecting the battery for 5 mins, then reconnect it and give it a run. This is supposed to reset the engine Ecu. If it works then you've won a watch but there's nothing to lose by trying it.

Yes the grunts that serviced your bike indulged themselves by finding a way into your ecu and hacked it to make it a teeny bit slower than it already is. Years ago they would just have had a tea break and a fag

Finally I got my Pcx back.
They said it runs really smooth and they reached a top speed of 112km/h.
I was really surprised , because it never was so" fast ".
So I asked them what they have done to the bike?
The answer was .... nothing .. we just pumped a little bit more oil out.
But the already did it the last time , because I wanted the oil level between min and max and not above.
Anyway I said that I'll test it and if it is not running " smooth" I'll come back.
So I accelerated and at the speed of 90 km/h the sound of the pcx was different and it felt much stronger.
( the sound was at 90 kph the same as I tested it before at 100kph)
.my Max speed that i reached was 109 kph and also 104 kph with a small incline was not a problem anymore.

Sorry Cessna that I can't give you a advice what to do, because they didn't tell me what they did, but they definitely did something.
