Idle Stop stopped working

Hi Guys, New to this Forum and this is my first post so please be kind hahahaha.

My problem is the idle stop has stopped working correctly on my first generation PCX 125 after having the Yuminashi Lite bore 164 kit installed at 24000ks. The idle stop still goes off okay at the lights but on twisting the throttle to restart the bike it coughs, splutters and refuses to start, roughly idling and refusing to accelerate . Most embarrassing have a cop car behind you when it happened. Its as though the fuel used to start it, isn't enough to make it run. Any ideas? Thank you for your help regards Gary

I thought there was a discussion about this once in which it was suggested that the ecu can't compensate correctly, and the suggestion was some kind of piggy back for the fuel controller. I don't know that much about it but perhaps you can find something on the Yuminashi website. They sell the bore kits.

Here is another discussion on the idle stop. There are quite a few. You kind of have to use Google to find the discussions though.

Here is Honda's description of the idle-stop, which may give you some ideas.

ECU is programmed to deliver the correct amount of fuel for a 125cc engine, not a 166cc one.
How can you possibly expect it to work correctly when you boost the capacity by a third and don't adjust the fuelling?

Sounds like feul pressure is weak. Check fuel filter if it has one and check fuel pressure with gAuge.
