Handlebar adjustment - How ??

need to rotate my handle bars slightly due to my long arms.....How do you remove the covers over the bolts on a 2018/2019 ( digital speedo)

I used an exacto knife's sharp blade to pop them out at the edges, but I've heard of using tape to pull them out too. You'll need to re-level your master cylinder as well if you change the handle bar position.
