Just bought a 2011 pcx 125, everything running great but one issue is that the gas gauge is not functioning and always show full and flashing non stop. Previous owner said it been like this for a year and never got around to fix it. I’m on a small island in Thailand and choice of mechanics is not great here. Any idea what could cause this issue? Is it going to be a serious job to fix it or could also be something small that needs to be replaced?
Thanks In advance for any help!

The fuel level sender in your gas tank might be at fault. You could check it with a voltmeter. It will require to remove many panels though.
