I would like to upgrade the levers on my 2016 Forza 300 to some where I can adjust the reach. I would prefer some that look similar to OEM rather than those apparently made of Lego.
Any recommendations?

Most aftermarket levers will not look like OEM as the makers are trying to get away from that OEM look so you have probably little choice.
I have these in black and had them for over one year and love it. Much better feel and look imo.
