I'm planning to tour Scotland in May, a ride from Newcastle (boat from Holland) about 1500 miles. Has anyone ideas about what to visit?
I've already planned a lot like Applecross and Glencoe.

There's lots to see, it really depends on what sort of thing interests you.
Glencoe is a bit of a non-event imo, but the road to Applecross is simply stunning on a clear sunny day.
If you're coming in May (or any month with a vowel in it) bring warm waterproof clothing.

There's loads to see, as gn2 says it depends what your interested in. If your coming from Newcastle up the A1 or A68 then give Edinburgh a visit. You could then go up over the forth road bridge and see the famous rail bridge and go north from there. You could also head to Stirling and see the Wallace monument and Stirling castle. (Freeedommm).
The Scottish 6 day trials are on in Fort William about the 3th of May if your into your bikes.
