Mounting a GIVI Top Box

Post by ScooterKim »

Hey Everyone! Friend of mine gave me a GIVI top box for my scooter. I already have the back rack. I saw a universal mounting plate on Ebay but not sure if it is one size fits all. My GIVI top box is an E33. was also wondering if I could use the rack screws to just screw into the box to hold it fast. that would mean that the box would always stay on the scooter and not sure if I want that. any other suggestions? thanks... ScooterKim :D

One size fits them all. Just make sure the mounting plate is the right type (Monolock vs. Monokey).

I have learned from my mistakes, and I am sure I can repeat them exactly.

thanks for the info and pics, khaosaming. I went out to the garage, matched up the bottom of the box to the pic and ordered one on ebay. will post a pic when installed. no more baskets, crates, and boxes on the back. sprucing up the scooter! ScooterKim
