Hi All,
I keep kicking in my sparkplug cover and I pull out my philips head and reset it. I guess I could attach a piece of plastic to strengthen it to keep it from doing this. I just don't want put some ugly piece of plastic there. Has anyone run into this issue before?

Maybe you have your feet too far back. I always keep my feet all the way forward as shown here:

Chuckie -- I've had to move every topic you've made. Please ONLY POST HOW-TOs in how-to. You should ask this question in General or in Technical Help. The guidelines to posting in How To are at the sticky at the top of the subforum, or here for convenience: http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=762chuckiebgood wrote:Hi All,

Never been a problem for me, its solid enough.
On the one occasion when I have needed access to the sparkplug I found the cover quite difficult to remove.

Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

Maybe you need a longer screw? It is about 1/2-inch long, isn't it?
