YSS RE302 series shocks and springs(17-25 N/mm or 95-140 lb/inch)

Techmount GPS mount and Garmin 550


Also Malossi clutch and vario
Leo Vince 4road muffler
Adjustable brake levers
Rear tail from Euro version PCX with those cool intergrated turn signals

I'm of the opinion that. aside from the YSS shocks (which I wouldn't pay the price) the PCX is fine just as it is. Why mess with it when it performs like it does?

Gees there's a lot of party poopers. If someone wants to personalise their ride, then let them. If it doesn't float your boat, then keep quiet and click elsewhere. Of course there's no sense to modify anything on 2 or 4 wheels fast or slow but so what?? Does it impact you?

whats your top speed with the malossi variator? Also how do you like your yss shocks? which model are they?

Shocks are E302's but it took me 3 tries to get the springs rates correct.

Top speed was pushed to (I'm not starting this again) but it only added a little bit on top.

But know it was massaged by a mechanic and it's both vario and clutch that was changed
along with the springs and rollers and the belt.

One does not buy a TV and settle with not tweeking the color settings
One doesn't buy a house and not repaint it
One's iphone is not kept stock for long
This is just an extension of yourself and as much should be personalized

Not flaming just trying to give an insight into why I did it.

Plus stepping down from my beloved SV650s it was a little "vanilla" for my tastes.

The factory rear shocks tend to pogo over bumps as well as harsh over bumps. How's the new shocks and Springs?

Sag is only 1/2 an inch
Since both front and rear springs where changed the difference was noticeable.
The only drawback is the fuel filler door pops open more now then before when I hit larger NYC potholes.

How did you measure sag?

If you used the conventional method for motorcycles do you think the weight of the engine might affect things?

Top was where the rear shock mounts to the frame and bottom was where it bolts to the transmission

I measured the distance before and after.

I didn't measure the front but I did raise it a little.
