Purchase a PCX 150, unless you live in the UK that is. ;)
2010 Honda PCX 125 in Thailand (White) - "White Lightning" Sold in Sept 2017 :(
2009 Yamaha Majesty YP400 in USA (Metalic Titanium) - "The Throne" Sold in June 2020 :(

I'm in the UK. I don't need a bigger bike, I've got a Honda CBF 1000FA if I want real speed but I would just like the PCX to have a little bit more grunt and would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction for the best upgrades.

Yuminashi vario. Lots more power. Choose any reinforced aftermarket belt. RZ racing should be able to supply you.

Being picky here but it gives you no extra power, but it makes the best use of it to give better performance.

On a 150 it gives me an extra 11mph top speed for 79 mph down hill, 75mph cruise at over half throttle and 70mph cruising at 1/3-1/2 throttle. It has multiple profiles on the face, four or five different angles and make for a bike that feel MUCH more powerful.

My only other mod is a takegawa silent sport exhaust. The yuminashi variator is definetly a great fit for our scoots.
