Thought about this morning. I guess I'm not the only one who leaves his helmet/gloves under the seat. We need power to access them since we have to push a button that is electrically operated and the battery happens to be right there, too, so if the battery goes flat... How do we get to the battery so as to plug some jump leads and provide some power to the battery?. There is no other place where you can plug the leads, is there?.
To be honest I've not even gone looking for the battery on my PCX If for any reasons the battery went flat, I would call the very nice people from the AA out

Why not with the 2 years free AA cover Honda give.
Why not would be because you may have to wait for hours as I did when I dieseled mine.
I believe the battery is at the front of the underseat storage area behind a flap.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

Forgot about that bit, doesn't really matter because I belong to the AA anyway, had to call them out earlier in year to get my Deau started (Now place on optimate charge in the garage, PCX lives outside)

ooer, I petroled my diesel 4x4 once, didn't have to wait long, all in all that fill up ended up costing me over £200 and this was a few years ago!!
