I will be wearing:
About five upper body layers under my black armored jacket Over all that my Hi-Viz Rev'it H20 jacket, long-johns under my pants, Waterproof thermo riding pants, Mittens with hand warmers in them, 1 balaclava under my full face helmet & winter boots with toe warmers. Think I got it all covered.
That is one of the big advantages of riding a scooter. Since you don't have to shift, you can get comfortable and stay in control even with warm boots and mittens on.

@Fish - Nice photos as usual. Really enjoy them.
A caution which I failed to mention....when frost is around, watch for it on all overpasses and even the smallest culverts had frost on them on deep country roads. Steady, steady as you cross staying in the tire tracks. You know all this....just a reminder that it might be out there.
Warm & safe...
