UK riders
Just a heads up toUK riders. Every year Aldi do a 5 x 25 pack of wet wipes for 2 quid. They are brilliant at removing dead flies from scooter and helmet without causing damage as they co.tain a moisturiser and are soft. I keep em in the front compartment. They are at Aldi now.just a cheap tip

Re: UK riders
Thanks for that I'll have a look tomorrow

Re: UK riders
don't you find wet wipes leave a residue on your visor?
Re: UK riders
My bro has a dark visor and has no problems with residue. I myself automatically dry the visor with a cloth or paper towel so would never have noticed. The fact is these wipes are dirt cheap and very handy.

Re: UK riders
Got mine the other day
there is a slight amount of residue but as TC3 says a small cloth easily sees to that. cheap and very handy indeed.

Re: UK riders
Scottish i just opened the new packs i got and agree with you. Last years packs were different and just tried both and last years does dry better and clearer.Scottish wrote:Got mine the other daythere is a slight amount of residue but as TC3 says a small cloth easily sees to that. cheap and very handy indeed.

Re: UK riders
I clean mine inside and out with cold tap water and washing up liquid.
Which also helps prevent fogging.
Which is nice.

Re: UK riders
I use "Monitor Wipes" for computer screens to clean my visor. They don't leave residue... I think they're basically some alcohol, some water, and a bit of lemon juice.
Currently ride: Nothing right now - mostly mountain biking with my boys until they're old enough to ride
