Just home from work.
Started at 04.50, have been up since 03.20
Roads are nice and quiet at four in the morning.

I do believe so... the Yoshimura?buddy1976 wrote: Nice one, is it the one you bought from me?

~It's erm noticeably louder. possibly 1 or 2 bhp more but that could just be a placebo effect. I have noticed that the pull has evened out a bit more. not really had it on long enough to tell definitively.

Old riding buddy that has a Downtown, is coming over (in car) this afternoon to see my newer scoot & table lift. Then we'll grab a bite at Friday's Restaurant. TV special: $12.99 all you can eat appetizers. Yum!

Re: What are you up to today?
Visited bike show in Toronto today. Not many scoots but main brands represented. NM4 had large crowd. Everyone that looked at it were scratching their heads and laughing at rear storage (paniers) and how little storage. Their is the guts of good bike there if only they could calm down the styling and blow the storage up and start again. Engine and DCT transmission seem to be a good match. TMAX best scoot on show in my opinion but why no ABS in North America. I asked senior rep and his response was interesting. 8 of 10 riders would not want it yet so we decided not to bring it in. I asked how scientific the research on that was and he admitted it was gut feel. What a crazy way to do research when 95% of new European scoots have ABS. I walked away from rep as I was getting close to being freakin rude with him.

Went in to work to take a vehicle out on a photo shoot.
The run home on the scooter was interesting, torrential rain and 25mph wind, gusting to 40mph.
