Identification, Help needed!

Post by Oyabun »

As mentioned in my intro, I just recently bought a 2012 PCX 125.
While planning the upgrades I've got stuck in identifying my ride properly.

As per the vin number it is JF28 so should be non eSP -however it has the eSP intake cover and says explicitly eSP on it.

It is definitely as rolled out from the factory, and has not been altered.

I can imagine that as this is manufactured in 2012 it could be a "hybrid" model still bearing the old product code, but installed with the new engine.

Can anyone point me to details (engine related) which could help me to properly identify the engine in my ride before ordering upgrade parts (BBK)?

Any comments highly appreciated.

Takegawa or webike entered ja28 1100001 but it's wrong, should be "jf28" 1100001,takegawa got it partially right with other parts they sell..
