Forza Squeaking

Post by weathered26 »

I have a squeaking that is driving me insane. It happens when I am leaning into a turn or when I bounce up and down on the bike. I have put silicone grease all over the shocks but still squeaking, Anyone else come across this?

Something under the Seat Maybe? There's just enough room under the Seat in the center, for a small book or manual. If something is under there, it may be rubbing when you're doing your turns, or bouncing up and down on your Seat. Could be a Spare Helmet in the Front or Rear Trunk Space, rubbing on the Plastic Seat Pan underneath as well.

If you figure out what it is, please let us know. Thanks!

Best of Luck!

Cheers!

Have someone sit on it and bounce, while you get down on all 4's and look/listen/feel for the source. I don't notice any such squeak on my Forza, but my old Elite 250 has squeeks...not sure the source, maybe springs or linkage...but have been living with it.
