Funny..... I went for a 2-hr Ride this afternoon, and just as I rolled into my Garage, the UPS Driver showed up with my Givi B37 Top-Case.
Davenowherejones:HELMET FITS!!! At first, when I tried to fit the Helmet in, it wouldn't fit, because of the internal Lock-Hump at the very back of the Case. I opened the Face Shield about half way, laid the Helmet down sideways, with the Lock-Himp between the bottom of the Helmet and Face Shield, and it closes now with no problem.

Glad it fits, I put mine in that way sometimes. You might want something soft between the helmet & the top case. My helmet got scratched up after a while. I got tired of trying to carefully get everything in without damage so I just went for the biggest case I could find.
