No worries, I had the same question when I got my first PCX That's the CBS Brake Fluid Reservoir viewing window. You can check your level by peering in (sometimes it's hard to see the level especially if the fluid is colorless or if the reservoir is full to the top). Grab a mini flashlight and jiggle the bike (carefully) if it's really full. Can you see the fluid?

Quick Tip - I used a green beam flashlight and it makes the fluid level much easier to see.
