I'm assuming you're looking for a PCX125 torque value as the Honda PAX uses a 50cc 2 stroke engine.

Unfortunately I don't have my manual around, but this site has great resources.
maddiedog has created a great tutorial under "technical help" -> "How-to" subforum in which he is detailing installation of an aftermarket cylinder kit. You can find it on this link: http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2939

In his tutorial he states that:
"Tighten the 4 bolts on the head back up to spec, installing the washers first. Honda calls for 20 ft/lbs of torque, but indicates that you should oil the threads first. Keep in mind oiled threads take less torque to tighten the same amount, so use caution and do not overtighten or undertighten."

In case you're like me and thinking in metric measures - 20 ft/lbs is 27,1Nm

Hope this helps
