Deal on a new Forza?

Post by Mister Paul »

I bought a 14 plate 300 Forza last July for £3600. Dealer has just offered me £3300 for it, and a new one for £4500. Bearing in mind that I bought it on 1800 miles and it now has 9500 miles, and a new one has no miles and 2 years' warranty (and I'll be doing about 12000 miles per year), do I do the deal or run the current one until it dies?

£300 for 7700 miles seems a bargain to me, I would snatch his hand off and have the peace of mind of two years warranty.

£1200 to get what you already have seems a bit daft.

It would be, if those were the circumstances.

If you want new and shiny then pay the price and be happy.
But its not what I would do.
