Rubbing noise
I have a rubbing noise from the transmission side also with shudder when i pull away from been idle it seems to do it more when the bike is cold what could be the cause as my dealer checked the bike and he said its running fine with no noise that was 2 weeks ago it started doing it again this morning ive contacted honda uk to find out what can be done to sort it out

You can get a shudder when pulling away from the clutch if the linings are glazed. I few full throttle starts can help this complaint as it deglazed them.
If it's a complaint from cold you might have to leave it at the dealer overnight so they can try it the morning after.

I have experienced the vibratory shudder only when cold and on the first few throttle starts. Soon goes away and is smooth after a few take offs from a stop. This happens only once I awhile and only when on a cold engine.Nothing to get excited about.

Turns out my clutch bearing was bad been replaced by the dealers under warranty and all is good now
