Today's mail brought me my annual property tax bill for the Forza. According to my county, the thing is still worth more than US$4K.

If they appraise it high they can tax it high... I don't suppose you have anything in Columbia resembling a BlueBook value?

I absolutely detest personal property taxes. Paid them for decades in the DC region. Loving Texas with no personal property tax and no state income tax. I'd appeal the assessment.

I needed a new VIN so that I could register my stolen Forza here in Florida, I never thought I would find one so easy !
Before anyone has a heart attack, if I really wanted to do this, I would not be posting it... I would have posted the notice, but probably blurred out the VIN number
