Left blinker will come on but won't blink.

I was wondering if someone could tell me what to do ? My left blinker will light up but not blink. The right side works fine. 2011 Honda Pcx

You can go crazy tearing the bike apart looking for the reason a signal bulb can do this but the general fix is simply replacing the bulb. A google search will verify this as so many refuse to acknowledge that a bulb can glow and still be burn out when it comes to signal circuitry. Please don't over think it, go for the bulbs, replace them all and then if that does not fix it the flasher. After that if problem persist we tear the bike apart

Have you checked both bulbs for that side? The relay itself does not care which side is blinking since it only has 2 wires. Looking at the wiring diagram you will see the there are only a few things that are not common to both sides, so I would go with changing both bulbs first.
