Preferred Parts/Accessory Vendor
I am new to list and new to the PCX. My previous scooters were Vespa’s and it was time for a change.
It seems each list has developed a few recommended and preferred parts and accessory suppliers.
Would someone please help me avoid trial and error and head me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance.

Have a look through Homies and Mel's recent posts. They've just given out some on line vendors addresses.

Re: Preferred Parts/Accessory Vendor
Welcome aboard our forum skrusich
What was the deciding factor in purchasing a PCX after owning Vespa's? Just curious. I had an MP3 and loved it, but it was big, bulky and liked to unexpectedly "lay" down. (You may be familiar with what I mean by that).
On topic, here's one thread that you'll find a lot of websites listed in:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1557
For parts, gear, accessories, etc.
homie and Mel may pop in soon to help. Let's wait a bit
In the meantime, would you please help us to help you? Just add your location (Kentucky) to your profile. I have easy directions below to get that done.
We Thank You!
Yer gonna Love yer PCX!!

Re: Preferred Parts/Accessory Vendor
There are at least 4 good online sites for buying PCX parts, depending on what you're buying.
https://www.partzilla.com is the best for most panels and other general parts.
https://www.bikebandit.com is not as inexpensive as partzilla, but sometimes they have parts that partzilla is out of.
https://www.revzilla.com is good for windshields and Givi parts.
https://www.corsportusa.com/i-18174-201 ... DPCX%20125
Is great for NCY variator, drive faces and 13 gram rollers.
There are others as well but that should get you started.

Re: Preferred Parts/Accessory Vendor
Thanks...does the wisdom of the list recommend the 13 gram rollers and NCY variator and drive face?
I have a 2017... what performance changes can I realistically expect?

Re: Preferred Parts/Accessory Vendor
Like Mel said Bike Bandit is one of the popular online vendors to get PCX parts. For that matter you can get parts for all the Japanese "Big 4" motorcycles/scooters there plus a variety of aftermarket and accessory items.
Just curious though. . .why did you decide to give up on the Vespa?

To get an indication about performance gains read this thread. It should answer a lot of your questions.

Re: Preferred Parts/Accessory Vendor
Remember to compare shipping rates as well as the cost of the parts. Some sites will advertise an item for a lot less than others but then have outrageous shipping costs.
One more thing. If/when you decide to change tires the most popular is the Michelin City Grip. It does wonders for grip on the roads. I found that Revzilla seems to have the lowest price.
