17 bucks for 3 Forza 300 filters

Anyone have an opinion or used this brand of oil filters??

I did my oil and filter at the dealer last week and they charged 12.95 for one filter OUCH.

I have no knowledge of that filter but the price I see is $16.99 for 3 with $22.19 shipping for $39.18 or $13.06 ($17.38 CDN) each. Hardly a bargain. USA dollars assumed.

I have over 88,000 km on my Honda Forza 300. I have basically used the factory 12,800 km oil change intervals. I have also used any old filter I could find, Canadian Tire, FRAM, NAPA and once even a Honda filter ($25.45 CDN).

The last NAPA filter was $7.33 CDN or $5.50 USA. The filter is quite easy to find. FRAM PH6017A or equivalent.

I went ahead and ordered the above from Amazon, no shipping to Washington State, just had to pay 10.1 tax on it.

I suspect all of these prices are going to increase a lot with the current USA/China/Canada trade war.

My last Honda made exhaust gasket was $33.59 CDN, the previous one was $19.18 CDN.

Our governments are idiots, be prepared to pay more, a lot more.
