Re: Gas Gauge

Now now Josh, you may have to eat your words later. Sometimes you are having so much fun you can just forget to watch the gauges.

Re: Gas Gauge

Seems almost everyone (myself included) gets concerned about the fuel when the Forza is new. The gauge hits the red and if you have had much previous experience running out of fuel, then you panic. But you can go another 60 (US) miles with no problem, unless you are WOT, then it could be a little cl...

Re: Givi AF1123 Installed this morning

Explorer,
I ordered my AF1123 from sporttour.com.
866-761-0936 is the phone number. I had to call as it was not listed on their website yet.
I have used them several times and they have good service.

Re: Brakes/Front Grill/Bleeder

Sounds like a lot of brake wear. Let the dealer look and see if abnormal. I have a lot, but a ton? I put a mud flap on my skudder and a wire screen behind the shroud to protect the radiator. Easy and cheap fix for a potential expensive repair. This is a potential problem on any bike with radiator fa...

Re: Gas Gauge

waybar, But you gave up. Your finding is subjective and has lost all scientific credibility :ugeek: Your result is about the same as the rest of us. Mine fluctuates between 65 & 75 mpg depending on all the variables. I use one of those saddlebag gas cans and it fits perfect under the front part ...

Re: 997 mile Maggie Valley/Smokies Trip

Another thing to consider is the posters location. Some people live where this is their main transportation, while for the majority of western culture it is a sport. For me it is a combination estimating about 10% utility and 90% fun/sport activity. The cost was further down the list of consideratio...

Re: 997 mile Maggie Valley/Smokies Trip

Would have had 1/2 the fun, missed the open air and smells, would have missed posting here and sharing the experience, would packed stuff didn't need, talked way to much, and being in the car they would probably not went to the motorcycle museum, would have been even more safe if they had stayed hom...

Nice trip Skuuter. Looks like ya'll had some real down home fun.
I love riding those same areas. I just haven't gotten my new Forza there (YET!).
As long as the crotch rockets leave you alone, it is great. Glad you had a good trip and thanks for sharing the pics.

That looks good wineguy.
Now for a road test and let the butt tell you if the adjustment is good for it too!!!
I'm about 3" shorter than you, so the seat is ok as far as fit.
BTW, I ordered the back rest with my topcase. Waiting on it to be delivered now.

I did similar mod for the GPS on the Forza, but I made the cuts on the bottom so water wouldn't leak in.
