Today we went for a ride on our new bikes. Did about 35 miles and stopped at the coffee house. Was about 50 F. when we started off. Went up to about 56 for the ride home.

I want to live in Phukit. Looks like a great time. See a few members that are over there.

Got windy around here too today. Hoping to get out on my new bike. Want to wait until it's warm enough that I don't have to wear mittens like I do with my scoot.

Holy crap! Glad you were able to navigate off the road on a flat without a mishap! Nice of the tow truck driver to share the scary story. Good to know so you can be on guard at that intersection.

@Valiant - No mods for me. Just got a new bike and that will keep me busy for awhile.

Sure would love to see temps like that. Got up to the high 30s today. Started snowing a bit then sleet and super windy. Icky day.

Still got little piles of snow at my work that use to be mountains. Got up to 50 F. Today windy as all get out. Not a sign of spring yet other then the Robbins.

Hoping it will be over a month until we have to cut grass! Do want it to warm up though.

@homie - Glad you're OK. Ride it like you stole it! Do what you are still able to do. One day we'll wake up and realize there is no more time to do the things we wanted to.

This morning it was 18 F. Still too cold to be learning to ride my new bike. Installed rear rack to mount my new dry bag on today. Was at 40 F. When I started. 36 when I finished. Burr!
