Front suspension?
Is there any upgrade for the front suspension? Given that tyere is only 3+ inches of front suspension travel, the Forza front end launches when hitting frost heave-type bumps (almost like speed bumps) on some of these pathetic Philly highways. Sometimes slowing down is not an option while at highway...

Brake rotor upgrade?
Is there a kit to increase the brake rotor size for a 2015 Forza? The brakes are pretty pathetic under normal freeway-speed stopping and downright unsafe if the scoot is loaded up for touring. Seems to me that I've heard of oversize rotors being installed along with some sort of bracket which reloca...

Re: Malossi Air Filter?
Check with who you bought/ordered it from? It was a convoluted series of internet contacts & transactions, but ultimately "...that's what [the book] calls for". Can't believe that a filter less than half size of the OEM filter will allow anywhere near enough air flow to adequately sup...

Malossi Air Filter?
Can anyone confirm that a Malossi #1415335 Air Filter is a replacement for a 2014 NSS30 OEM Air Filter. We've ordered the Malossi and the filter element is approximately half the size of the OEM element (123mm X 60mm vs 209mm X 65mm)? The filter body is the same size & configuration as the Honda...

Re: more fuel capacity
Here are links to Hammy's Forza NSS300, "Aurora", as set up for his ride (from Philly) to San Francisco then turning round and leaving Memorial Day on the IBA's inaugural "George A Wyman Memorial Grand Tour" retracing Wyman's 1903 "motor bicycle" ride from SF to NYC. So...

Re: more fuel capacity
Thank you both for your suggestion. But you have no idea just how incompetent and/or dick fingered I can be when it comes to tasks like this.
So I suppose that given they are "C:\" locations you all are unable to open those links.

Re: more fuel capacity
Well, as evidenced below, I am completely "challenged" when it comes to posting photos --in spite of coaching by Fearless Leader, Maddiedog. Anyway here are two links to photos of Hammy's Forza 300 "in full battle dress" showing the 2.5 gal Tour Tank and the Shad case mounted to ...

Re: more fuel capacity
We have been "re-engineering" my buddy Hammy's 2014 NSS300 for Iron Butt long distance riding. We added a 2.5 gal Coyote Gear Tour Tank on a 1/4" aluminum plate mounted to the top case mounts. The TT fuel line connects to the main tank vent hose (disconnected from the evap canister). ...

Variator Milling
Hello, Noob here, so sorry if this question has been addressed before. I've seen several threads on this PCX/Forza forum regarding Variator mods. Unfortunately I am not familiar enough with the working of this forum to locate those particular variator mods threads again once I've passed them. One of...
