Re: Gas overfill and starting issues
It’s unlikely overfilling the gas tank would cause a problem. I top my 2022 off each time, though I don’t typically have any spill over. I have seen gas splash up on e or twice, and it just evaporates soon after. This would be a widespread problem, if it were a problem.

Re: Add on driving lights
I’m planning on adding some driving lights (or fog lights) to my 2022 PCX. The oem headlight are built in and are not traditionally replaceable. They are not bright enough imo. Coming from a Honda ruckus with aftermarket led headlights, my PCX lighting is too dim. I’ve researched this over that last...

Re: Added Yumanashi’s new variator & Dr Pulley sliders (2022 PCX 160)
The variator is designed for both the PCX 125 & 160, so I believe the 10 gram rollers are generally geared towards the 125. Thanks for the suggestions. I also own a Honda Ruckus and have tuned it a fair amount. So I am familiar with the concept. I’m happy with the variator and the sliders I have...

Re: Added Yumanashi’s new variator & Dr Pulley sliders (2022 PCX 160)
Update after a bit more than 1000 miles. My PCX has been running beautifully, no problems at all. I’ve seen 77 mph now for the top speed. It feels like some sort of restriction is in place at 76 mph. I feel the throttle backing off there.

Re: New seat from Thailand
So is the front portion of this seat higher than the original? The back part looks like it is similar in height to the oem seat. I’m tall and would love to get rid of the hump on mine.

Re: I added a light weight Lithium LIFEPO4 battery (2022 PCX)
Personally, I prefer original battery. Still have my original Factory Battery in my 2017, never trickle charged and sometimes sits for months without starting. To say Lithium is a performance mod is a stretch. You will never see faster acceleration or better top speed. Might maintain a steadier vol...

Re: I added a light weight Lithium LIFEPO4 battery (2022 PCX)
Not sure lithium are more reliable - my original gel battery (2014 PCX) lasted 10yr's without ever having trickle charge or such and the bike is out all weathers (albeit with a light weight cover). Newer batteries seem low quality judging by how many have early failures. The issue with lithium is i...

Re: I added a light weight Lithium LIFEPO4 battery (2022 PCX)
I wouldnt consider this so much a performance mod. Are you saying the couple Lbs shaved from the battery make it faster? Yes, absolutely. it does improve the performance of this bike, not only in a slightly improved power to weight ratio and the advantages that come with that, but also, most notabl...

Re: Polini high speed variator....... crap
I wonder if you have to run a longer belt in order to take advantage of the Polini Variator. Maybe Polini sells a Polini belt to compliment it. I have a question. Which one is Stock and which one is Polini? Im guessing Left is Polini? When I was looking for a variator for my 2022 pcx (160) I couldn...

I added a light weight Lithium LIFEPO4 battery (2022 PCX)
One of my favorite upgrades on my other bike (2013 Ruckus) was adding a light weight Lithium battery to it. The price these days is pretty similar to the less reliable, heavier oem led acid battery. I’m including images of the oem (2022 pcx) battery & an image of the new battery, both pics show ...

Added Yumanashi’s new variator & Dr Pulley sliders (2022 PCX 160)
Hello, I wanted to offer some feedback on Yumanashi’s performance variator kit, specifically designed for the 2021 - 2024 PCX 125 & PCX 160 & ADV 160. It is of similar size to the larger stock variator & drive face found on the 2021 + model, it is 126.7mm. I installed it on my US spec 20...

Re: Honda OEM windshield
I have the 2024 Honda ADV160. The design has changed from the 2023 and earlier, so not much available for OEM accessories yet. This model has an adjustable windscreen, but still very low profile even in the upper position, and I was getting blown around like crazy at speed over about 45. I just did...

Re: PCX 160 ABS works at what speed?
I have a 2022 PCX (160) with ABS. I tested the ABS when driving over ice / snow while going under 10 mph. The ABS on the front wheel kicked in right away. I’ve had it trigger when stopping hard while coming to a complete stop. Make sure your ABS is on, I believe it can be turned on and off (HSTC too...

Yay! I have been trying to get an activation email since the site came back online. I sent multiple emails (or attempted to?) through the forum’s email, asking for help. I have some things I will post when the mood strikes. Thanks for making this site possible and getting it working again for new me...
