Re: 2016 Forza 300 Exhaust Inner and outer Diameter
Copper works well. Lasts forever. Shape with a small ball peen hammer.
Or Hi Temp gasket paper, with a coat of Hi Temp Copper RTV on both sides.
You can even use just the Copper RTV but easier to coat a gasket.

Re: Drive belt age (maintenance)
23100-K04-931 shows in my 2014 service manual as the correct part number.
Mitsuboshi as the manufacturer.
Honda changes these numbers all the time, for many parts. Most likely as part suppliers change or specs are updated

Re: Belt Case Corrosion !
Bad engineering Bull - blame the environment. All aluminum corrodes unless protected. Cover in clear coat, anodize, etc. You keep on saying "Bad Engineering, a Design Flaw, yada yada yada " And then post how many Km's your bike has travelled. You can't have it both ways. If it bothers you...

Re: Chinesium drive belts
I was under the impression that ALL Honda belts are made in Thailand NOT China... I am not in the west so do not know. Figured anyone starting a thread on Chinese belts, and living in N America, would know because they bought one. Buy OEM here - package says Made in Thailand Changed PCX after 30 so...
