What year is your bike? PCX?
That roar sounds like the the clutch bearing.

How many miles? The clutch bearing issue raises its ugly head at around 8,000 miles and just gets worse. When we had it changed out on my wife's bike we made it to 10,000 miles and it was really loud.
Just buy the whole assembly already put together (#8). It is a lot easier to install than the bearings individually.
The above is for my 2013 PCX150, so check the part number against your year.
