Regarding the wiring. I am pretty sure that all wiring colour is the same globally for the PCX. As such, I known that from the rear light you tap into the following wires:
Green = Ground (If you have a brake light on your Givi box already, connect the blue wire here)
Yellow/Green = Brake (Connect the Givi red wire here)
If you do not have a brake light on your Givi box, how do you plan to connect the lights, but still get the box off? I am curious about that because Givi boxes with brake lights come a built in contact system so that the box can be taken off without undoing any wires.
I hope that helps.

Re: Led strip lights attach to brake lights
I have mine hooked up with a quick disconnect plug. On the standard Givi platform (rack) there is a place under it with an outline you can drill through the rim that lines up perfectly with the outline of a hole in the tailbox. Make the cable from the tailbox lights long enough so that it will connect under the rack with the other end of the connector, which has been soldiered to the tail lights wires.

Re: Led strip lights attach to brake lights
I just installed an LED light strip on my trunk. The strip includes running, brake and turn signals all incorporated in it. There's 5 wires, I was able to purchase a 6 wire waterproof plug, similar to a trailer hook up plug, at a farm store for under $5. I couldn't find anything that would work at any of the chain auto stores. I installed one side of the lead in the brake light area just behind the seat latch. All necessary wires are located in that area. Plus there's enough room to push the lead back into this area to store the wire and plug when the trunk is not installed. I found several rather expensive LED light bars in the $140 range, to pricey for me, but nice lights. The one I settled for was approximately $50 with shipping. It's actually built to attach to a US/Canada license plate bracket, it would be very easy to install on the there, with no need for a plug. I wanted the light higher, more visible, so it's on the trunk.
I don't work for these guys, hopefully it's okay to include a link to the product.

Re: Led strip lights attach to brake lights
Where did you get the rack that is on top of the tailbox? I have been considering putting one on my tailbox for larger items that won't fit inside, such as the replacement tire I recently had to take to a dealer 20 miles away to put on my bike. Because I have so many tail lights on my bike, I didn't want to risk tearing them off when I tied it down. I finally got it tied down with only 1 damaged light. Still, none would have been damaged if I could have placed it directly on top of the box.

The rack is home made, functional, cheap, not very pretty.
