The problem on my 2013 model is that both drive face & OEM variator have an outer edge that is vertical for the last 6mm.
On fitting you will find all is fine up to approx 45mph when variator lockup occurs. The rpm will suddenly change from around 7200 to 6000, a distinct sudden gear change as the belt suddenly pops up to full height in the parallel grooves.
Not only is this unsatisfactory but also means your vee belt is running in a non vee groove, not good for belt life or traction.
So I've taken them off. Hope this saves anyone else from wasting their money as they are quite expensive over here in the UK.
