I worried I might under fill so I overfilled it

Slightly overfilled should not be an issue, but overfilling by an excessive amount Could cause problems. Just to be safe, open the fill hole and let the excess drain out.Mike888 wrote:I worried I might under fill so I overfilled it
There is a reason for fill levels. There is a certain amount of pressure that needs to be maintained inside the final drive. Overfilling can change that pressure level and can cause the oil seals to rupture. Better to be a little underfilled than overfilled.
