Re: Adjustable Levers?
I got the long ones. The shorter ones (which seem more common) are too short for my liking. Some more expensive ones have adjustable length too. http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc430/tbln930/20140924_195102_zps2092bad2.jpg These look to be the same ones I have. I find them to be pretty fantasti...

Re: Have you had the clutch bearing failure yet?
recently suffered a tiny tumble as I tried to do a U-turn a little too slowly in a parking garage. sorry, doesn't quite make the crash survivors list... maybe next time ;) Haha, it was horrible! I half blame the brand new winter gauntlets I was wearing... The other half of the blame is all on me th...

Re: Have you had the clutch bearing failure yet?
I'm a little curious about this... How can you tell when it has failed? My bike feels like it has been running relatively well but lately I feel the bike sounds more.... Rumbly. I can't tell if it's paranoia or an actual problem, as it has very few miles on it but recently suffered a tiny tumble as ...

Re: Did the US version PCX come with hazard lights?
Haha, first time I joined the forum I was asking about the same thing... almost none of the Honda dealers adjust the parking brake correctly, apparently. Follow Homie's link, it's a really quick fix!TXpcx wrote:I don't understand the parking brake, I think mine is not working properly

Re: Easiest way to to lift bike onto the center stand?
I remember struggling so much the first time I tried to figure out the center stand... but once you figure it out it's easy, I typically have my hands full and do it with just two fingers. Just be sure to use the grab bar area that the passenger would use and give it a sturdy pull upright while step...

Re: Replacing the oil for fun!?
I asked my service guy that very question and he said they need to update that to maybe six months. Thanks, looks like six months might be when I hit 600 miles on the thing anyhow! One month sounded ridiculously short when you can drive the thing 600 miles before needed an oil change. Sort of sucks...

Re: Replacing the oil for fun!?
I'm actually a little curious about this... I've owned my PCX for two months but haven't even put 200 miles on it yet. The book says it should go for its first oil change after 600 miles or one month... should I take it in now, or just wait for it to hit 600 miles?

Re: Security
My PCX arrived today so I've got the Xena disc lock on it at the moment - almost deafened myself with it twice! There's a knack to getting the key in and not a lot of time! I haven't got my ground anchor in yet, so I'm going to leave my bike in my brothers garage til it's sorted. Weirdly, within an...

Re: Hill parking...
i would use centre stand to be fair as will be safer Wouldn't that be riskier if you're parking it at a 45 degree angle uphill? Anyhow, I don't suppose the UK models have a brake lock knob, do they? My US model comes with a convenient parking brake, though it wasn't properly adjusted when leaving t...

Dude, I know this is about your windshield... But that seat is fantastic. I can't even put into words how badly I want that seat on my 2013 model.

Re: turn signal cancel devices
Patent laws just make no sense to me and everything is vulnerable to patent trolls with no intention of making the product. Doubt it'll actually be fixed anytime soon though, hard to make progress when you have to wait 20 years before you can create something. I actually heard a story regarding one ...

Re: My Honda PCX
Oh, Sowaka... I didn't have any problem with the Levers, I didn't adjust anything, the front went on easily, little wobbly like you said but works fine, the rear was a bit more tricky to get on but went on and is fine. Haha, thanks for letting me know! I figured out my problem, the bolt that goes t...

Re: Stolen PCX recovered - need advice on fixing
I'm not being helpful at all but have a quick question... What's the motivation behind people doing this? It sounds like they risked prison time just to go for a joyride around the block, steal whatever was under the seat and save $10 by siphoning 6L of gas? I mean I understand theft if they're taki...

Re: Upgrading the rear wheel to a thicker tire?
That used K66 with only 150km on it looks horrible... Not that I know much about treads or wear... But it shouldn't look like that, should it? Goddamn. Those Winter City Grips actually look pretty fantastic, I wasn't aware they came in the winter variety! Wear doesn't concern me too much, I've had m...

Gorgeous levers! I just got a similar pair but the little bolt that attaches them to the bike seems to be too thick to fit in the hole and is causing some problems ) : You bike looks fantastic with all the little bits added!

It'd be awesome if a digital copy of the PCX150 2013 service manual fell into my lap! Or does anyone know how to tighten the rear brake lever? It works fantastically, but I just got a new adjustable brake lever and I need to tighten the rear brake line in order for it to work properly. I'm a bit cl...
