Re: Shad SH39 Top Case arrived!
Glad I could help in some small way. It's a great case for the money. I own a Shad 40 (Cargo) on my Kymco GTi300 @ home. Enjoy it!

Re: Shad SH39 Top Case arrived!
Nice job! I own the same exact top case. I like the SH39. I didn't order the Carbon top (but I got it anyway) which I like. I purchased this when I bought the PCX new last year. The dealer ordered the incorrect backrest (still fits fine) I wanted to return it, but they gave it too me for free. Here'...

Re: Battery Tender
I keep my PCX 150 down in Florida @ my mothers home. I go down there 4-5 times a year. The best $25.00 you can spend. I own a Kymco GT300i up here in MA. & it also has a pigtail. Try & use die electrical grease @ the battery terminals. Helps with corrosion. Amazon is your friend. https://www...

Re: Humpty: De-humped stylishly.
Very nice, Use Aerospace 303 spray to care for it. Actually has sun block capabilities, great stuff for "marine vinyl". http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h307/gersly123/7353179d73bf19782cd6ade0e70b1a93.jpg I can second Jge64's recommendation. Aerospace 303 isn't cheap. I use it on my boat...

Name origin: Ojibwe word misi-ziibi, meaning "Great River", or gichi-ziibi, meaning "Big River" The word Mississippi itself comes from Messipi, the French rendering of the Anishinaabe (Ojibwe or Algonquin) name for the river, Misi-ziibi (Great River). Wikipedia is your friend. V...

Re: Buy a new pcx 150 2016 in Thailand
Our the PCX's in Thailand still made there? My (USA) version is made in Vietnam. I guess they still have a factory there? BTW...I use a Shad adaptor & 39L case. Love it & it's much cheaper, better then the OEM (Honda) 37L top case.

Re: Differences between 2013 and 2015 150 PCX
I don't get why you even need a battery tender. Are you not using your scooter for long periods of time and the battery is getting drained? Is there something wrong with your charging system? I use one on my battery during the winter when I remove it and store it (the battery) in the house. But dur...

Re: Almost Dumped my PCX150
This is my 1st scooter that wasn't a step-thru type. Sandals always did the trick. I always park my scoot on it's center stand (never use the side stand) & when you do so on the PCX you need to take your leg over the bikes seat. That's where my foot got caught. Lesson learned & I'm super luc...

Almost Dumped my PCX150
Geez...I came very close to dumping my 2015 PCX that has about 350 miles on it. I bought in brand new in November because Honda was giving out a $500.00 credit to move the 2016 models in. I keep this down @ my mothers home in Florida that I visit 4-5 times a year. Anyway...I was wearing sandals &...

Re: PCX cold start problems - NOT
GeeGus: I'm glad your Honda PCX started right up for you. It helps that you have a carport. Good old Honda's! If you could take one suggestion it would be to use a battery tender anyway. They cost $25.00 & change from Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/Battery-Tender-021-0123-Junior-Charger/dp/B...

I'm glad I own a 2015. That's a decent amount of work for a top case install.

I am getting a helmet soon, but mostly riding in the slow zones for now..Would a helmet improve the wind blast alone? just wondering how effective helmets are in high wind situations . I think a taller shield is essential equipment. I even wonder why HONDA installs such a miniature windscreen? What...

Re: Pics of SH39 Top Case & Mirror Extenders
That black / carbon box looks great on the white PCX - I'd probably just leave it that color. GatorGreg: I took your advice & kept the Carbon set-up. Considering I use my Honda only 4-5 times a year (keep it @ my mothers home in Florida) I'm fine with it. Just got back from 2 weeks in Key West....

Re: Which Honda cover is best for PCX?
Just be careful. I used a cover for a week, but now I park inside... the main worry is the cover rubbing the paintwork... especially if there's any dirt on the paint and any wind where you're standing. Secondly, if your bike is warm and/or wet the cover will keep moisture inside and help bits to ru...
